This program is open to anyone with a basic foundation in Yoga and is especially suitable for bodyworkers, health care professionals and all therapists. This program is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a basic 200-hour Teacher Training certification program (RYT-200).

The Professional Yoga Therapist Program is for those who are already Yoga teachers or mind-body health professionals with a strong foundation in Yoga. Through this course you will learn how to design and teach Yoga programs for individuals and groups with specific needs or specific health challenges. You'll also develop an in-depth understanding of the theory, process and application of Yoga Therapy for a wide variety of needs and conditions. This in-depth understanding will allow you to create a private Yoga Therapy practice as well as to work in complementary settings such as health care. The Level I Certificate program meets the requirements for the advanced 500 hour registration (RYT-500) with the Yoga Alliance.

The Yoga Home Study Program is a complete course in Yoga with a special focus on the therapeutic dimension. The course includes Yoga philosophy and psychology, asana, pranayama and mudra as well as how to apply Yoga in group classes and individual Yoga therapy sessions. This is a web-based program in which each student works with a personal mentor through e-mail and our interactive Website. It is available to all students with an interest in yoga throughout the world. This program gives you a certificate of completion and is an excellent foundation for our certification programs.
